1. Where are you located?
Sandhurst – About an hour south of Melbourne
2. How long have you been a Cookier?
Only discovered Cookies about 3 years ago – been a cake maker for close to 15 years
3. Did anyone inspire you?
Sweetopia – her designs are amazing!

4. Best Tip that you have?
Remember it’s not just about the design – they have to taste good too!
Experiment until you find cookie recipe that’s right for you, mine is “Sable”
5. Do you ship your cookies Y/N?
Yes – I regularly send cookies interstate. I have even had some go as far as Japan!
6. What is your fav cookie design or style?
There’s a few – but the Eiffel tower is high on my list.
7. What is your fav cookie to make?
I love making cookie bouquets on sticks.
8. Do you do anything else in your cookie biz?
Primarily I am a cake maker, I also do decorated cookies, macarons and cake pops.
9. Fav time of year & why?
Definitely Christmas – as this is what kicked off the cookie habit.
So many fun, festive designs to make.
10. Biggest seller?
At the moment – Lego themed cookies are hugely popular.
11. First pick - Royal Icing or Fondant?
I’m a fondant girl! Only use royal icing for highlights.
12. First pick - Chocolate or Vanilla?
Vanilla – the most popular flavour I sell.
13. Promo yourself in 50 words or less...
